Age Programs
At the Mt. Hope Learning Center, our goal is to provide a safe environment in which children and adults of the community can learn the skills that will enable them to have more productive futures. We believe that it is important to get involved in the lives of children as soon as possible, and we do so by offering a variety of opportunities for the children in the Mt. Hope neighborhood and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School.
21st Century After School Program
The 21st Century After School Program is offered to the children of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School Monday through Friday. Children have the opportunity to receive help with their homework, obtain academic support, and participate in enrichment programs in a safe and welcoming environment that is supervised by our site coordinator and our qualified instructors. The fee for the 21st Century After School Program is $25 per week.
